Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Jantrapati, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Pricing

  • Due to fluctuations in the international market, pre-order product prices may vary (increase or decrease).
  • If the price changes after your booking, we will inform you beforehand.
  • If you do not wish to proceed with the updated price, your booking amount will be fully refunded.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

  • General delivery time for pre-order items is 7 to 15 working days.
  • However, unexpected shipping or customs delays may occur. You will be notified in such cases.
  • If the order is placed directly with the manufacturer, delivery may depend on their estimated timeline (in some cases, 15–90 working days).

3. Product Unavailability

  • If, for any reason, the product becomes unavailable in the international market, your full advance payment will be refunded.

4. Product Arrival & Collection

  • Once your product arrives at our warehouse, you will be notified immediately.
  • You must receive your product within 2–3 working days of arrival.
  • You may choose to pick up the product from our store, or we can deliver it:
    • Inside Dhaka: Home delivery available.
    • Outside Dhaka: Shipped via Courier (delivery within 48–72 hours, standard courier charges apply).

5. Payment Methods & Charges

  • All prices listed on our website reflect cash discount pricing.
  • If payment is made through digital platforms (other than cash or direct bank transfer), additional charges will apply:
    • bKash: 1.15%
    • Nagad: 1.20%
    • Rocket: 1.00%
    • Credit/Debit Card: 1.00% – 1.53% (depending on the card type)

💳 You can avoid extra charges by paying via Cash or Bank Transfer (BRAC / City).

6. Important Note on Warranty

  • Warranty may be voided if:
    • The warranty sticker is torn or missing.
    • The product box is damaged or any internal items (manuals, accessories) are missing.
    • The box is torn while opening or has excessive wear from unboxing.

NOTE: Please unbox your product carefully and preserve all contents for warranty eligibility.
