Terms & Conditions for Earning and Using Club Points

1. Account Required:
To earn or use Club Points, you must have a registered and logged-in account on the Jantrapati website.
2. Point Credit Timeline:
Club Points will be credited to your account within 3 to 7 business days after product delivery. You will also receive a confirmation via email.
3. Online Store Only:
Club Points can be redeemed exclusively on the Jantrapati online store for eligible product purchases.
4. Value of Points:
Each Club Point carries a fixed monetary value of 1 BDT.
5. Exclusions – Coupons & Campaigns:
Club Points are not applicable on orders where special campaigns, coupons, or vouchers are used.
6. Restrictions with Promo Codes:
If a promo code or coupon is applied to an order, Club Points cannot be used for that order.
7. EMI Purchases:
Club Points cannot be earned on purchases made through EMI.
However, previously earned Club Points can still be used while placing EMI orders.
8. Redemption Limit:
You can use Club Points to pay for up to 50% of the total order value.
9. No Cash Conversion or Transfer:
Club Points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
10. Validity Period:
Club Points are valid for 3 months from the date of issuance. Unused points will automatically expire after this period.
11. Refunds & Returns:
If an order paid using Club Points is returned or refunded, the corresponding points will be reversed.
Final discretion lies with Jantrapati management.
